Payton and I joined some of the young families from the Ochelata church for a hayride and trick-or-treating around town. (Robb had food poisoning, we think...no fun, but short-lived, thank the Lord!) We had a wonderful time, and especially enjoyed the cool fall weather!!! Here area few pictures from the evening.
Miss Piggy had just woken up from a little cat-nap, so it took awhile to get going!
Dafne, my cousin, joined us. Payton LOVED trick-or-treating wtih her!
Payton snuck away and was filling up her bucket with Aunt Becky's candy stash! We put most of it back, since trick-or-treating hadn't officially begun!
I just loved her tail!
The costume came with an adorable piggy hat, but she WOULD NOT wear it, so we settled for bows as ears! Just as well, since I didn't have room to pack the bulky hat anyway!

After trick-or-treating, Wyatt and Payton settled in for some good play time at Aunt Becky's house!

I can not believe how grown up Payton is getting!! She is getting such a "little girl" look...so adorable.
Glad you had a safe and fun trip. Being with family is so nice, regardless of the circumstances.
